DM-01型导轨框架式爬架的结构特点:
①同一提升点多层多点附墙
爬架采用四套卸荷导向件、四根穿墙螺栓分别附着于四个标准楼层上并连接四层以上长度的导轨组成附着支承装置。保证了有效的附着并满足建筑结构强度的要求。

②有效的防倾与导向特点
爬架每一提升点沿全高度有四套导轮组件环抱导轨。在使用工况时,竖向主框架体内排上有四套限位锁直接将导轨及架体固定于卸荷导向件上。
(Each lifting point of the climbing frame is provided with four sets of guide wheels around the full height. In operation, four sets of limit locks are arranged in the inner row of the vertical main frame to fix the guide rail and the frame directly on the unloading guide.)
③灵敏的机械式防坠装置
爬架提升底座上焊接制动框,制动框内安装制动凹轴,防坠圆钢从凹轴间穿过,利用信号装置从葫芦提升钩取得信号,使制动轴上下运动,运用摩擦角自锁原理达到防坠自锁抱紧,起到阻止架体下坠的作用。
(The brake frame is welded on the climbing frame lifting base, the brake concave shaft is installed in the brake frame, and the anti-falling round steel passes through the concave shaft. The signal is obtained from the hoist hook by means of the signal device, which makes the brake shaft move up and down. ④4同步性控制系统
爬架安装有同步性安全预警保护系统,其控制架体升降同步性的关键是控制架体每一提升点的荷载或单个点位升降差,如出现超载或欠载,则发出“声”、“光”报警及切断电源等各种明显信号。

⑤竖向主框架和水平支承框架强度可靠
竖向主框架和水平支承框架均是采用钢管及型钢定型加工、定型安装的工具式桁架系统;竖向主框架与桁架式导轨形成双桁架并联加强体系,框架强度有效加强。

⑥采用桁架式导轨,强度大大加强,导向性能更好

⑦导轨与架体同步升降
省掉了人工周转导轨的工序,升降时间更短,更好地满足施工进度和安全防护。
